Leadership Development Council (LDC)

Welcome to the LDC, where executive leaders learn and grow.   The LDC is a community where members receive expert monthly personal coaching and join with other successful leaders every other month to build new relationships and help each other solve problems. 

Our Business Wants to Talk to Us

Program Overview

1. Monthly Coaching Sessions

o   45 minutes with an expert coach every month.

o   At-will emails, texts and short calls.

2. Peer Group Meetings

o    Six in-person meetings (12pm – 6pm) on the 3rd Wednesday of Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sep, Nov.   Meetings can be followed by at-will dinner gatherings.  One December end-of-year dinner meeting.
