Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how CEO Mastery (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the AI Assistant Add-On Google Workspace add-on (the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Access

a. Google User Data

The Service accesses Google Workspace data only as required to provide its functionality. This includes:

  • Google Sheets and Google Docs content that the user explicitly selects or invokes through the add-on
  • File metadata such as document IDs and titles
  • Content necessary to generate AI-powered responses based on user input

The Service does not access files unless initiated by the user.

b. Data Sent to Third-Party APIs

When the Service is used, selected spreadsheet or document content may be transmitted securely to the OpenAI API for the sole purpose of generating AI-assisted responses requested by the user.

  • Data is sent only in response to a user action
  • Data is not stored by CEO Mastery
  • Data is not used for advertising, profiling, or marketing

Users should avoid submitting sensitive or personal information if they do not wish for it to be processed by an external AI service.

3. How We Use Information

We use accessed information only to:

  • Generate AI-assisted responses requested by the user
  • Provide and operate the Service’s features
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure proper functionality

We do not use Google user data to train our own models or for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Retention

  • CEO Mastery does not store Google user data, document content, or AI-generated responses.
  • All data is processed transiently and discarded after the request is completed.
  • Any operational logs are limited to non-identifying technical information (e.g., error diagnostics).

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties, except:
  • Secure transmission to the OpenAI API for core Service functionality, as described above
  • When required by law or legal process

No other third-party services receive Google user data.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data during processing and transmission, including secure HTTPS communication with third-party APIs.

7. Google API Services User Data Policy (Required Disclosure)

AI Assistant Add-On’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. User Control and Consent

Users may:

  • Control when content is sent for AI processing by initiating actions within the add-on
  • Revoke the add-on’s access at any time via their Google Account permissions
  • Stop using the Service to prevent further access to Google data

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date.
